Role Description The Upper School Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in Saxapahaw, NC. This position provides comprehensive counseling services to students in the upper school (7-12), including academic, social-emotional, and career guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include small group or 1:1 guidance, supporting students in scheduling and post-secondary pathways. The counselor collaborates with teachers, administrators, families, and community partners to create supportive intervention plans and promote a positive school climate. Qualifications
