Residential Care Specialist - Overnight Shift part time)
The Haven is a residential care facility for adolescent survivors of domestic minor sex trafficking. As a member of the direct care team, you will provide support and supervision for female adolescent clients between the ages of 8 and 18. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Due to our need to provide around-the-clock supervision, night-shift staff will need to remain awake and alert during the entire shift.
- Provide appropriate adult supervision for our clients as they participate in scheduled activities.
- Create a nurturing environment while providing appropriate structure as our clients progress through their healing journey.
- Contribute to the success of our program as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Due to the nature of clientele served by our program, only female candidates will be considered.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must provide proof of current Auto Insurance
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment.
- All candidates will be required to pass all required federal and local criminal history/background reviews.
- Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience working with children, families or other vulnerable populations.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
