Clinical Lead Therapist

Haven Detox Little Rock is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Therapist to provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic services within our inpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. This role is ideal for an LCSW or LPC who has strong clinical skills, experience treating individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, and the ability to support and mentor other members of the clinical team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, weekends as needed if CD is out

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to therapists and other clinical staff.
• Assist with clinical oversight, case consultation, and treatment planning.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, case management, and behavioral health teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Support clinical programming and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Arkansas required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Previous experience working with the substance use disorder (SUD) population required.
• Detox, residential, or other inpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, or mentorship is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and crisis-management skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
