Job Summary:
The Haven Boutique is looking for a creative outgoing and fashion-loving team member to join our growing boutique. This position combines social media marketing with in-store retail sales, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, styling customers and being part of a fun fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook content, including Reels, Stories and Posts
- Photograph and style new arrivals
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Assist customers with styling and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Receive and process new inventory
- Keep boutique clean, organized, and welcoming
Schedule:
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Flexible weekday schedule
