Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PCA / LNA professionals to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents in a holistic assisted living community. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality resident care while ensuring comfort and safety for individuals with diverse needs, while working with the Life Enrichment team to ensure all resident needs are met.
This is a full time position, every other weekend from 10pm-6am.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
