Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, Residents, and staff providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage calls from the Residents and send to appropriate department.
- Check on Residents if neccessary when they call for service.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
