The Haus Group is hiring Realtors for its inbound lead division serving Maryland and the broader DMV Metro Area.
This role is designed for agents who want access to live buyer and seller connections, ISA support, daily coaching, strong administrative infrastructure, and a team system built around conversion.
Led by Omar Flores, The Haus Group helps agents turn high-intent opportunities into appointments, clients, and closings. The Opportunity
The inbound lead division is powered by multiple lead sources, including: Zillow Preferred Google Pay Per Click Realtor.com zBuyer Seller lead funnels Online lead generation channels
The team generates 200 live Zillow connections per month team-wide.
Full-time agents can expect approximately 10–20 live Zillow connections per month. Part-time agents may receive 0–10 depending on availability and performance expectations. What Makes This Different
Inbound leads are not enough.
Agents still need speed, follow-up discipline, script control, consultation skill, offer support, transaction support, and accountability. The Haus Group is built around those exact needs.

New agents begin with a two-week training process covering team systems, Zillow onboarding, Zillow lead handling, forms, tools, and expectations.
Agents also complete LPT’s 3-day bootcamp and LPT orientation.
Full-time agents are expected to participate in accountability calls twice per week to review KPIs and stay focused on the activities that drive production. Markets Served
