What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing analytics solutions that support Military OneSource’s digital experiences. Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining analytics setups, taxonomies, and configurations for the program’s restricted web environments and integrated systems.
- Implementing, configuring, and maintaining analytics solutions to gather and interpret data, providing valuable insights into user behavior, content performance, and overall digital experiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee analytics tools are seamlessly integrated and digital KPIs are effectively measured.
- Defining and implementing tracking requirements, analyzing data trends, and generating routine and ad-hoc reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for operational refinement and enhanced user experience.
- Supporting and advocating for data privacy and security best practices throughout the analytics lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative professional with user and visual experience design skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Active Secret (preferred) or Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain such clearance.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, GA4, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, or similar).
- Expertise in tag management solutions, including the development and maintenance of data layers and tagging specifications. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Adobe Launch) tags is preferred.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar) and cloud/database platforms (Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with Adobe Analysis Workspace preferred.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytics and reporting from end-to-end and can communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Effective observational, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, work efficiently with a team, and adhere to tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com)
- Must be a US Citizen and fluent English speaker.
