If you’re looking to join a company that values people as much as performance — where you can laugh, grow, and make a real impact — you’ll feel right at home here.Responsibilities:Building and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirementsIdentifying faults and troubleshooting equipment as requiredConducting repairs aiming for maximum reliabilityInspecting machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issuesLog complete work and maintenance through mobile app and report on issuesMonitoring mobile app for breakdowns and upcoming maintenance and work with Superintendent to schedule downtime for equipmentRequirements:Knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their componentsAbility to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.Strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a team to get the job doneSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityLicense/Certification:Driver's License OSHA10 CertificationMass DOT Medical Card (Preferred)Work Location: Plainville and on the road as needed for urgent repairs in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island areasBenefits: We're thrilled to offer our full-time employees with a healthy benefits package including Health, Life, and Dental Insurances.
