Our Packaging team leads all aspects of the development process, from design to manufacturing to project management. Co-ops are given real-life responsibilities through involvement in various activities, initiatives, and exciting assignments with brand name clients. Packaging team co-ops will have a chance to interact with our clients at their manufacturing facilities. The projects vary in complexity and provide good exposure to a wide range of packaging materials and technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Job Responsibilities:
- Bid packages
- Bid evaluations
- Drawing packages
- Specifications
- Prepare and maintain databases
- Assist in project schedule tracking, project accounting, and project status reporting
- Design packaging lines in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit
- Develop flow sheets, package and speed matrices
- Work on complex, automated packaging machinery
- Engineering Co-Op or Non-engineering College Graduate, preferable in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in an engineering support position preferred
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Packaging or similar engineering
- Excellent computer skills, including 2D and 3D CAD
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adjust to changing timelines while meeting deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal team skills
