Our civil and structural engineers, environmental specialists, and support professionals provide innovative and quality transportation solutions for our state, turnpike, municipal and private clients.
We have transportation design teams in Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; and Tulsa, OK. Now, we are looking to expand our services by establishing a transportation practice in Missouri. Haskell's St. Louis office was founded in 1982 to support full-service architectural, engineering, and design-build activities. This may be a new venture but our roots run deep.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

- Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of transportation design experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Experience with geometric design, drainage design, construction sequencing and utility relocation coordination
- Transportation design project management experience
- Communications, negotiations, management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and experience in design project management including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, proposal writing, staffing, coordination, forecasting, conflict resolution, and change management
