The 30,000-square-foot Clubhouse sits on 256 acres of impeccably maintained grounds.The Club has an extensive selection of world-class facilities for all ages, including a 27-hole golf course, 9 Har Tru tennis courts, 4 international squash courts, 6 outdoor platform tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, 3 pools, 4 lane duckpin bowling alley, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.Responsibilities:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members.Interact with members, take orders and serve meals and drinks.Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.Plan and present bar menu.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Stay guest focused and ensure an excellent guest experience.Comply with all food and beverage regulations.LOCKING UP AND ARMING BUILDING for 5 p.m. - close (approximately 11:00 p.m.) shift.Shifts are generally either 3 p.m. - 8 p.m./ 9 p.m. - OR- 5 p.m. to close.Answering phone and taking to go food orders.Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.Entering all transactions into POS.Following opening and closing job duties.Compensation is an hourly rate.
