Salary Description $60,000-$70,000 DOE

What You’ll Do
As our Accounting Specialist, you’ll ensure the financial integrity of the firm while partnering closely with leadership and operations. You will:
- Administer Accounts Payable using Bill.com, reconcile subledgers, maintain vendor records, and assist with 1099s
- Support Accounts Receivable in Centerbase, including cash application and reconciliations
- Manage Payroll Administration in Paylocity, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Oversee Credit Card & Reimbursements through Expensify and related platforms
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-aligned financial reports in QBO
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and collaborate with HR/Operations on benefits tracking and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, receivables, and payroll
- 2 years of experience with reconciliations and general ledger work
- Familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, Centerbase, LawPay, Paylocity, Excel, and QBO is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, tracing data flows)
- High attention to detail, accountability, and confidentiality
