Your Role In Action
- Provides supervision to designated unit staff to facilitate optimal supervision in the performance of job duties/activities (includes individual, chart reviews, coaching, etc.)
- Works collaboratively with treatment team in providing consultation to clinical staff to facilitate continuity and effective clinical care delivery.
- Plans and conducts treatment team meetings in consultation with the treatment team and appropriate team members as needed.
- Provides ongoing consultation for staff in the clinic regarding procedures, resources, clinical and personnel issues.
- Participates in patient care monitoring to review the quality of clinical care; may be responsible for unit audits and completing plans of improvement.
- Provides clinical coverage as needed for supervised staff and arranges for coverage to ensure continuity of services.
- Responsible for compliance with contract and agency mandatory training requirements and works collaboratively with the clinical trainer to identify and ensure job-related training needs are met.
- Participates in the hiring and termination process of supervised staff as assigned by the Program Director.
- Performs administrative duties as assigned by Program Director in the absence of the supervisor.
- Oversees maintenance of a mobile wellness clinic.
- Institutes procedures/actions to follow-up on incidents/safety issues that pose a liability risk for the agency and/or have a significant impact on the quality of consumer care
- Lead for community events involving Integrated Care and Mobile Wellness clinic participation.
- Complies with agency policies and procedures, accrediting/regulatory bodies and performance contract documentation requirements.
- Submits reports for grants and projects assigned within specified deadlines.
- Liaison for food bank events at the outpatient mental health units.
- Coordinates special projects for programs
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Adapts to changing work requirements.
What qualifications will you need:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to effectively lead others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively converse and listen to others and construct clear and concise written communication.
- Ability to identify and offer solutions to resolve problems, using knowledge of the organization to identify helpful resources.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with others in a teamwork environment.
- Must possess valid driver’s license and be insurable under Agency policy.
- Must have the capacity to drive company vehicle for activities.
