The Haro Group is looking for an amazing full-time Executive Assistant to join our team of “A” Players and support our Founder and CEO, Haro Setian. With the help of this individual ,the CEO is hoping to focus more on running the business and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks every day, including assisting with business finances, scheduling, implementing systems, coordinating meetings, and answering emails. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. They will enjoy both repetitive tasks and new challenges every day.
- $55,000 - $65,000 salary based on experience

- Schedule and prepare for meetings, taking notes and implementing follow ups as needed
- Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, monitoring emails, phone calls, and messages
- Sorting through mail and other communications and distributing to the appropriate parties
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Support the CEO in various tasks to free up his time, which may include both professional and personal tasks
- Assist with social media posts and management
- Create and manage budgets for business interests and investment
- Oversee bookkeeping duties
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Monitor, track, and order office supplies
- Assist with long-term strategic planning in regards to businesses, relationships and other opportunities as they arise
- Bachelor’s Degree and real estate experience preferred
- 2-3 years executive administrative experience supporting high level, productive executive(s)
- Financial/bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Outstanding organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy; up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
- Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time

- College degree and social media experience preferred
