Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer position based in Marengo, IL. The Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks related to property maintenance and improvement. Day-to-day work includes cleaning and preparing job sites, operating equipment, assisting with minor repairs, and supporting the team with various labor tasks. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and effective collaboration with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to operate tools and equipment responsibly.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to complete physical tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or construction is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
