Job Title: Caregiver
Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers. As a caregiver at The Harmony Home, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and other care needs for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare providers
- Monitor clients for changes in health status and report any concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and client families
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing care needs and schedules
- Completion of background check, drug screening, and reference checks

The Harmony Home, is currently seeking caregivers for a Part time position Must be available for Monday and Tuesday who have CPR certification, a negative TB test, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of experience. They also require the ability to work at least one or two weekends per month, and have clients located throughout the metro Atlanta area. Caregivers will be paired with clients based on proximity as well as personality and experience. Floaters are also needed and pay can go up to $14 per hour depending on qualifications.
