Full-Time Housekeeper (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM)
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of all community common areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, and shared spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high‑touch areas
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Carpet cleaning and spot treatments as needed
- Buff and maintain hard-surface floors
- Keep entryways clear and report maintenance issues
- Use cleaning equipment safely and follow daily cleaning schedules
Expectations
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Able to work independently and manage time well
- Courteous with residents and staff
Requirements
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Experience preferred but not required
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
