What You’ll Do
This is meaningful, hands-on work; no busywork, just high-impact contributions that shape client outcomes every day. You will:
- Partner with senior financial planners to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
- Develop, review, and refine sophisticated financial plans and deliverables
- Construct and rebalance client portfolios in alignment with our proven investment strategy
- Build trusting, long-term client relationships through clear, proactive communication
- Actively participate in client meetings, bringing insights and confidence to every conversation

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3 years of experience in financial services (required)
- CFP® designation (required) or significant progress toward earning it
- Proficiency (or quick ability to master) key tools including Salesforce, Orion, Right Capital, Holistiplan, and Microsoft Office
- Self-directed and organized — you take initiative, manage priorities effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way
- Collaborative yet independent — you thrive in a team environment while owning your responsibilities
