Operations Reporting Analyst

The Happy Egg Co., a nationally distributed free-range egg company, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Reporting Analyst to join our flock in Rogers, Arkansas. This role sits on the Operations team and supports decision-making by analyzing flock performance data, building reporting tools, and ensuring our business leaders have the insights they need to grow.

Key Job Duties for This Role Include:

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track flock performance and operational metrics
• Ensure accurate input/output data management across flock operations systems
• Support Operations leaders with analytics that guide decisions on production planning, flock health, and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and streamline data workflows
• Provide ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support key initiatives

• You have 1–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operations support (CPG or agriculture experience a plus)
• You are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with large data sets
• You have experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another data visualization tool
• You have prior exposure to poultry or agricultural data systems (MTech, Unitas). These are nice to have, not required
• You’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with the business
