Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Pre Roll Technician-Cannabis to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced cannabis production environment, focusing on the assembly and preparation of pre-rolled cannabis products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing settings, familiarity with factory equipment, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery used for rolling and packaging pre-roll cannabis products, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools for assembly line tasks, including loading, assembling, and packaging pre-rolls.
- Maintain lab-level cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety and health regulations.
- Assist with the setup and calibration of equipment, including a knockbox and other pre-roll equipment, to facilitate efficient production flow.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues or malfunctions and report any problems to maintenance staff.
- Follow all safety procedures related to handling cannabis products, machinery operation, and warehouse protocols.
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory levels, labeling products accurately, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or assembly line work is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards under production deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes related to cannabis or similar industries is advantageous.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of following detailed instructions accurately. This position is integral to our production process and requires a dedicated individual committed to quality and safety standards within the cannabis manufacturing industry.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
