The Hanson Group is seeking a Millwork Assistant Administrator or Intern to support our Millwork Executive and help keep projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment.
Compensation: Hourly position, based on experience.
Responsibilities· Order materials and track deliveries
· Manage submittals, paperwork, and project files
· Communicate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors
· Provide scheduling and admin support
· Assist with repetitive but critical tasks
Qualifications· 2–5 years in construction admin, assistant PM, or related field
· Strong computer skills (Word & Excel required)
· Organized, reliable, and proactive
· Good written and verbal communication
Preferred (not required): drafting experience, Smartsheets, Bluebeam, millwork knowledge
