The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment.

- Perform minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, furniture, and plumbing.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.
- Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks within skill level.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items as needed.
- Perform general tasks such as painting, patching walls, or fixing doors.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
- Assist with setting up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or seasonal changes.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
