Childcare Center- Front Desk

The Hangout is located on 51st and Memorial in the Fontana Shopping Center. We are a 10,000sqft facility with part-time, full-time and drop-in options accommodating ages 4 months-12 years old.

Front Desk Position-

We are a busy childcare center looking to add a couple talented and driven individuals to our front desk staff team. Duties of this position encompass both customer service skills as well as management skills as you would be in charge of checking children in and out, parent interactions, managing the center and teacher to child ratios. Customer service and childcare experience are a plus but not required. Must be energetic, driven, able to multitask and work well in high pressured situations!

• Be caring, compassionate, patient and love working with children!
• Ensure the care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards at all times
• Comfortable caring for multiple children at a time with ages ranging from 4 months to 12 years old
• Reliable and on time with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage a fun interactive classroom
• Be organized and maintain a clean classroom
• A joy for children
• Able to effectively work in a high paced and loud environment

Most importantly, potential staff need to understand how important and impactful their role is. This is not a clock-in/clock-out job. These children deserve staff that are engaged, caring and take time to learn about and interact with them. We uphold this standard with all staff and expect everyone's very best.

All applicants must be 18 , have HS Diploma or GED, and be able to pass a nationwide fingerprint background check. Dependable transportation is required and the willingness to be a flexible team player.

Pay based on experience and certifications. $9-$12 per hour
