Duties

- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and custodial tasks
- Restock supplies and amenities to ensure guest or resident satisfaction
- Assist with sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident needs promptly and professionally
- Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules efficiently, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Support housekeeping management in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities
- Familiarity with housekeeper management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
