Your Role:
Prep Leader: Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards while prepping ingredients.
Ingredient Mastery: Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare veggies, proteins, sauces, and other components needed for dishes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organized prep area.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Cook: Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment.
Skillful and Efficient: Excellent knife skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
