Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure an enjoyable arcade experience
- Operate arcade machines and manage game stations efficiently, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Monitor gameplay to maintain safety standards and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing, prize exchanges, or food service points
- Assist with organizing and managing special events or tournaments within the arcade area
- Enforce rules and policies to promote fair play and guest safety, including conflict management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest comfort
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests of all ages through public speaking or direct interaction
- Experience working with children and managing group activities or events is highly desirable
