As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our project management team - providing critical administrative support and ensuring smooth operations from start-up to close-out. You’ll work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, as well as clients, contractors, and suppliers. What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain project documentation, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and AIA documents.
- Coordinate bid invitations, plan distribution, and project start-up requirements.
- Track insurance certificates, bonds, and safety documentation.
- Assist with monthly project reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.
- Support a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and CMiC preferred.
- Familiarity with contract administration and AIA documents.
