About the Role
The Account Executive is a direct, field-based sales position focused on retaining existing clients while driving growth through contract expansions and introducing new products and services. In this role, you will partner with C-level executives to craft and implement comprehensive, enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by The Hackett Group's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to enhance satisfaction, ensure retention, and achieve growth objectives.
- Drive a quota of $1,000,000 in contract value within a defined territory of major client accounts.
- Demonstrate consistent application of The Hackett Group’s proven sales methodology.
- Develop and execute effective account plans and territory management strategies.
- Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Stay informed about competitive trends and maintain a strong understanding of The Hackett Group’s product and service portfolio.
What You'll Need
- 10 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or a service-based environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional intellectual capability, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
- Proven ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises.
- Strong technical aptitude, presentation skills, and computer proficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process lifecycle.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
