We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations
- Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Participate in catering events as required, ensuring quality and presentation of dishes
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all meals served
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is a must
