The Restroom Attendant ensures a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained restroom environment for all guests. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and providing exceptional guest service throughout the shift. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restroom areas.
- Restock supplies, including paper products, soap, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Monitor restroom conditions and promptly address spills, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
- Greet guests courteously and offer assistance or amenities when appropriate.
- Ensure restroom ambiance remains pleasant (lighting, scent, music)
- Dispose of trash properly and maintain waste bins throughout service
- Report any maintenance or supply needs to management
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures in accordance with venue and health regulations.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform light cleaning duties.
