We are a licensed agency provider with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities as well as the Ohio Department of Aging. We have immediate openings for two dynamic and detailed-oriented Staffing Coordinators, whose primary responsibilities will include recruiting and training.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hour
Job Overview
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing, hiring, and providing training and support to our employees
- Marketing to businesses and individuals
- Warm or cold prospecting for new staff members
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Develop training materials and resources
- Assess training needs and create customized training programs
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with program managers to identify staffing and training needs
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training & development
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruiter/Trainer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and computerized systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Experience in project coordination preferred
