Job Description:
The Pile Driver Foreperson will be responsible for training and directing activities of the crew installing foundation piles, lagging, walers, braces, etc., for excavation support in heavy civil and highway construction projects throughout Northeast PA and the Lehigh Valley.
This individual will read blueprints and job-related documents to properly plan work, record daily events in the job diary, schedule materials, equipment, and work for the crew, develop crew SIP's and submit to the site foreman, track daily quantities and submit to the site foreman, and conduct daily huddles with the crew to establish daily production goals.
