What are the responsibilities and job description for the TITLE ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST position at The H H Group?
Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:
Ready to provide a Best-in-Class experience for our customers in the title world? The Title Administration Specialist is responsible for all title paperwork relative to sold, purchased and traded vehicles transactions. You will be a point of contact for calls and emails to the title department to help things process smoothly!
- Process all title paperwork relative to sold, purchased, and traded vehicles transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate computerized and manual document vehicle records.
- Verify that VIN numbers in the computer system match the title/MSO, title applications, power of attorney, etc.
- Be knowledgeable of Nebraska and Iowa titling laws Utilize resources to be able to process titling in all states.
- Notate progress of all assigned transactions in current tracking system per the established guidelines
- Provide a “Best in Class” experience for all customers and associates.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record for occasional runs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to read and comprehend information and follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
- Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills.
