Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently with proper phone etiquette
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining member records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with office management duties including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing office supplies
- Support client communication through emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and gym ensuring a professional appearance at all times
- Provide support for gym operations by managing membership check-ins, answering questions about services, and supporting administrative processes
- Selling memberships, booking appointments and making smoothies.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Excellent phone answering skills and phone etiquette
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks such as signing up members, making smoothies, checking in clients, and maintaining cleanliness of front desk and gym.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
