We are seeking a Process Engineer I to support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, Lean Manufacturing activities, and capital projects. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience, take ownership of projects, and contribute to operational success from day one.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities
- Support and lead capital improvement projects
- Create and maintain CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges
- Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, materials, and production processes

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial
- 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Knowledge of engineering principles, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement practices
- CAD and/or SolidWorks experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, improve, and contribute
- ITAR Requirement Due to U.S. government export control regulations and customer requirements, applicants must be able to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
