We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team.Job Summary Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving AssociateImplement the Order Fulfillment Process steps related to the preparation of shipments and related documentation to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer’s requirements.Knowledge of various items in stock; ability to select appropriate type and size of container; using appropriate packing material to prevent breakage or damage; closing and sealing containers; applying labels or entering identifying data on container.Experience with UPS, FedEx, customer portals, and international paperwork.Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving AssociatePrepare product for shipment to the customer by inspecting, labeling and packaging product according to standard procedures.Confirm correct quantity/counts against work order or packing slip.Load and unload trucks.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:A High School Diploma/GED OR related experience.Ability to read production or shipping documents.Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.Work Environment Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving AssociateThis role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.The position involves repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysComprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability).401(k) plan with a 50% employer match.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Ongoing training and development programs.Join a company that values your contribution and invests in your future.
