We're looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting firearms, accessories, ammunition, and range packages while ensuring all sales comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with firearm, accessory, and ammunition purchases.
- Educate customers on product features and safe firearm handling.
- Process firearm transactions and complete all required ATF documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable firearm regulations.
- Promote memberships, range packages, classes, and retail promotions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and merchandise displays.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with Range Safety Officers and other team members.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of firearms and firearm safety is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be legally eligible to possess firearms.
- Must successfully pass any required background checks.
Preferred Experience
- Firearms retail experience
- Shooting range experience
- Sales experience
- Military or law enforcement background
- Nevada CCW permit (preferred but not required)
