- Meet with homeowners and property owners to evaluate roofing needs
- Explain available services, materials, and project timelines
- Guide customers through insurance-related processes when applicable
- Serve as the main point of contact from initial consultation through project completion
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate project handoff
- Follow established sales processes and contribute to process improvements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
