Event Coordinator (Growth Opportunity)
The Guest List is a Las Vegas event company that creates immersive, personalized events and experiences. We’re still in the early stages of building something special, and I’m looking for someone who wants to help shape what this company becomes, not just fill a position.
This role starts on a paid, event-by-event basis with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company grows. For the right person, there is potential for profit sharing and a long-term path toward becoming an operating partner.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute events from setup through breakdown.
- Help transform creative ideas into unforgettable guest experiences.
- Coordinate vendors and assist with event logistics.
- Oversee timelines and help ensure events run smoothly.
- Assist with decorating, styling, and event setup.
- Problem-solve quickly when plans inevitably change.
- Represent The Guest List professionally while creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

- Is comfortable working evenings and weekends as events require.
- Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel to venues throughout the Las Vegas area.
- Wants to grow with a small business instead of simply working for one.
Event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter even more.
