Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Denver, CO, for an Associate Attorney with a focus on Immigration Law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration cases, advising clients on legal matters, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in legal matters in court and with USCIS interviews. Additionally, the role will involve negotiations and collaboration with team members to ensure favorable outcomes for clients in compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Immigration Law with an understanding of the Immigration Court system and Immigration and Nationality Act.
- Experience providing Legal Advice and engaging in Negotiation for a variety of client needs.
- Strong Legal Research skills and familiarity with case preparation, strategy, and documentation.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in Colorado.
- Previous experience in immigration law or a related legal practice is highly preferred.
