Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment strategies
- Teach skills through naturalistic play and interactions.
- Support teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, and functional independence through engaging activities
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, therapists, educators, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of care plans
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that promotes growth, safety, and emotional well-being for clients
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
