Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team either Part Time/Full Time; hours would vary depending on positions, hours of operation is Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM; no weekends or holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschooler, and school age. This role requires a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, along with the ability to manage behaviors and foster learning through play and structured activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping for infants and toddlers.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare practices.
