The Opportunity
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our community — planning and leading activities that spark joy, connection, and purpose for our residents. From creative arts and games to outings and celebrations, every day brings something new.
📅 Schedule: Saturday – Tuesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🏢 Setting: Assisted Living & Memory Care
What You’ll Do

- Build genuine relationships with residents, learning their interests, histories, and what brings them happiness
- Adapt activities to meet the varying cognitive and physical needs of our residents
- Transport residents on community outings, including Sunday church services, using our community bus
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every resident feels seen and celebrated
- Document participation and communicate with the Life Enrichment Director to continually improve programming
What We’re Looking For
We care more about your energy, heart, and creativity than your resume title. The right person for this role is:
- Vibrant, positive, and genuinely enthusiastic about working with older adults
- Outgoing and a natural people person — you light up a room
- Organized and able to plan ahead while staying flexible
- Patient, compassionate, and comfortable with memory care environments
- Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (bus driving required)
- Current/active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance — current or able to obtain prior to start
- Food Handler Permit — current or able to obtain prior to start
- Successful employment verification with positive references from at least two previous employers
Your Background Might Look Like…
We welcome applicants from all walks of life. Many of our best team members have come from backgrounds that aren’t “traditional” senior living — what matters most is your passion for people. You may be a great fit if you have experience as a:
- Teacher or educator (classroom, substitute, special education)
- Homeschool parent with curriculum planning and activity facilitation experience
- Recreation coordinator, camp counselor, or youth program leader
- Volunteer or community event organizer
- Healthcare aide, CNA, or caregiver who loves the social side of care
- Arts, music, or fitness instructor
If you have a gift for bringing people together and a heart for serving seniors, we’d love to meet you.
