The Administrator in Training provides Senior Leadership to Rosewood Health and Rehab Center. The Administrator in Training position is salaried and works under the direction of the community's Administrator/Executive Director. The successful applicant will have a clinical background and years of experience in long-term care.

Overview of Administrator in Training Role:
1. Responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, directing and coordinating of the facility to ensure quality care for residents; be knowledgeable of and implement federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility, residents, personnel and physical plant.
2. Responsible for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
Administrator in Training - Qualifications:
Education: As required by state and federal laws, but at least a B.S. degree from an accredited college or university, and preferably a major or minor in health care/administration and a master’s degree
