Rosewood Rehab is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Director to lead our admissions process. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating patient admissions, building community relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare admissions (preferably in a skilled nursing facility), excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all admissions processes
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
Guide families and residents through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or a related role
Knowledge of SNF operations and Medicaid/Medicare processes preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
