What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Social Services (Nursing Home) - Groves position at The Groves Center?
We are seeking an experienced Social Services Director to join our growing team.
Our comprehensive programs meet the changing needs of both our short-term patients recovering from surgery or an acute illness, as well as the needs of our long-term residents
The ideal candidate must possess:
· Working knowledge of care plans and discharge planning services
· The ability to assist potential and existing residents and patients with the Medicare and Medicaid application process.
· Minimum 2-5 years Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
· Minimum 2-5 years employment experience in a social services industry or department
· BSW or equivalent in related field
