Responsibilities

- Help prepare materials, equipment, and activity spaces before programs begin.
- Encourage participation and engagement in a respectful and supportive manner.
- Assist with transporting items, setting up rooms, and tidying activity areas after events.
- Observe participant needs and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming presence at all times.
- Support special events, themed programs, outings, and seasonal celebrations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in recreation, caregiving, customer service, education, or a related setting is helpful.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to encourage participation while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills may be helpful for documentation and communication.
