Registered Nurse (RN)
Luxury Residential Substance use and Behavioral Health
Pay: $38 – 45
Location: Peru, IN
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3×12s and every other weekend rotation)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a steady clinical presence, blending professional expertise with compassionate, relationship-based care. This role is ideal for nurses who value thoughtful practice, a calm atmosphere, and meaningful patient connections.
RN Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments using ASAM and MOUD and ongoing patient evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with providers
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Provide therapeutic communication, emotional support, and crisis intervention
- Maintain patient safety within a structured residential milieu
- Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and support staff
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and families to support long-term wellness and discharge planning
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a calm, compassionate approach
- New graduate RNs are welcome to apply
