Position: Barista (Part-Time)
The Grove Coffee House – Roseville, CA

What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in coffee, tea, and hospitality
- A strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Previous café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work weekends and/or mornings
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve drinks with precision and care
- Learn about our menu and products to make thoughtful recommendations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
- Collaborate with the team to create a smooth and fun workflow
- Be a kind, reliable, and respectful presence for our customers and crew
